René has spent over 20 years in senior Environmental Health, Safety and Quality roles, with circa 8 years globally, reporting and participating at board-level committees and sub-committees across complex industries, including aviation, automotive & FMCG.
She has held leadership positions within large multi-national companies, including iconic brands such as Qantas, Woolworths (Australia), Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company (USA, Europe and Africa) and Eveready Diversified Products (South Africa).
René has worked extensively with Group Executives and Boards to transform the safety culture and deliver sustainable safety improvement.
