From Law to Practice: A Practical Approach to Psychosocial Risk Management
Presented by Heart Brain Works
Event Overview:
The Australian Institute of Health & Safety invites you to our upcoming webinar, From Law to Practice: A Practical Approach to Psychosocial Risk Management presented by Heart Brain Works on 9 July 2026.
This session discusses updates to psychosocial regulations, recent prosecutions of note, and how to translate the legislation into practice.
We'll work through two realistic scenarios and discuss how the legislation can be mapped step by step against the realities of work. You'll leave with a tested walkthrough of what the regs actually require in practice, and a clearer picture of how the hierarchy of controls plays out when the answers aren't obvious. We will focus on turning psychosocial risk assessment findings into targeted, evidence-based actions. Using case examples and the Healthy Work Community of Practice Controls Library, participants will explore how to design interventions that go beyond “awareness programs” and lead to meaningful change.
