We are currently seeking a Part-time (3 days/week) Work Health and Safety (WHS) Coordinator to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for someone looking to make a meaningful contribution to workplace safety and wellbeing while maintaining a healthy work–life balance. In this role, you will support the WHS and Wellbeing Manager in the implementation and continuous improvement of our WHS frameworks, systems and initiatives across the organisation.

You will work closely with leaders and teams to provide practical guidance on safety matters, assist with incident management and investigations, support risk management activities, and contribute to building a strong and proactive safety culture. You will also play a key role in promoting awareness, supporting compliance with WHS requirements, and helping embed consistent safety practices across a diverse, geographically dispersed workforce.

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills will be important, as you collaborate with teams at all levels to drive positive outcomes. This flexible, part-time role is well suited to a motivated and collaborative WHS professional who is passionate about creating safer workplaces and enjoys influencing and supporting others.
