It includes identifying applicable laws, duties, rights and obligations and the necessary actions to ensure compliance in the workplace.  Completing the course will aid in accessing and interpreting the appropriate safety legislation for your workplace.

The course includes discussion regarding providing advice about the legislative duties, rights and obligations of individuals and parties prescribed in safety legislation and those of various regulators.
