Nicole has spent her 20 year career in health and safety, currently as the Head of Safety, Australia and NZ, at Uber with formal education in health and safety, human factors and governance. She is a member of the College of Fellows and has been a member of the institute for the extent of her career.
Her career has taken her across many industries—from global energy and mining to aged care and, most recently, tech. As Head of Safety at Uber, she has seen firsthand how technology and AI can be used to make a real impact on safety.
Nicole also volunteers with Coogee Surf Lifesaving Club and Clovelly Scouts.
