Experienced in both research and consulting, Amy has conducted individual and organisational interventions, large research projects, and has 10 years’ experience as an academic.
Amy is passionate about taking an evidence-based approach to improve workplaces. As the Head of Psychology, Amy brings best practice insights to business, strong statistical skills and applied research methodology to her work.
She leads the research team and provides strategic guidance to the assessment tools and reporting offered by Sentis.

Tia Armit - Principal Consultant, Sentis
Tia is an Endorsed Organisational Psychologist with experience in safety culture assessments, psychometric assessments, applied research, and survey design. Tia has a passion to make meaningful contributions to employees and organisations through the use of evidence-based methods. Tia provides specialist research expertise on safety culture diagnostic research projects across the mining, construction, healthcare, and utilities industries.
Bringing expert statistical knowledge, Tia is skilled in analysing and interpreting both quantitative and qualitative data. As an Organisational Psychologist, Tia specialises in delivering organisation-wide mixed-method cultural assessments with the aim of assisting clients to improve cultural maturity.
