Basic Principles in Occupational Hygiene

The popular AIOH Basic Principles in Occupational Hygiene four day course will be held throughout 2010 with the first scheduled for Mackay, Queensland from 15 to 18 February.

Those participating in the course will be able to:

  • Describe the general basic approach to the recognition of occupational hygiene hazards including the role of occupational hygiene monitoring.
  • Select the appropriate equipment to measure specific occupational hygiene hazards and devise a suitable sampling strategy
  • Present the results in a useful format
  • Recommend suitable control strategies
