Webinar presentation titled: Leading in a Solution Focus way

It’s a common pitfall to focus on problems rather than solutions when conversing with teams or clients and especially since Covid started. But what if you could be asking solution focused questions that steer people to what is working and what they want rather than getting stuck in the “quagmire” of what is wrong?

This session will show you what the difference is between the two approaches and how you can form better relationships with your team and clients if you stick with a solution focus approach, especially now in a time of great uncertainty. This session will:

  • Explore what Solution focused is in a world that focuses on what is wrong
  • Experience the difference between asking Problem Focus questions compared to Solution Focus questions
  • Provide an understanding of a simple framework to where you focus your conversations and how to redirect people
  • Learn how to listen for the brilliance of others
