Gillian is the Founder, Facilitator and Life & Leadership Coach with Connect Lead Coach. Her passion is to inspire, develop & influence leaders to shift their focus to lead from their heart more than their head; to shift toward creating safe, innovative & creative places to work with a culture of connection and sustainability, where everyone feels seen, heard and understood. She is a HR professional with over 20 years experience working with FTSE 100, ASX listed and privately owned companies including ABB, Ventyx, Shepherd Group and Hays Specialist Recruitment.
