The Australian Institute of Health & Safety Mentoring committee is pleased to advise of a webinar session occurring on Tuesday 24 November titled: AIHS New mentoring platform & Program.
This session is an opportunity for our existing mentors to learn about the new platform and program we will be introducing.
In April this year, the College of Fellows established a Mentoring Committee to review the performance and take-up of the current AIHS Mentoring Program and to identify and implement improvements to the mentoring program to ensure its availability and value add for all AIHS members and to increase its uptake.
During this session, the Mentoring Committee will host a free webinar for all currently registered AIHS Mentors and Mentees to take you through the program changes, what impact the changes will have on you, and your options for continuing under the current mentoring arrangements or migrating to the new mentoring platform.
The current mentoring program will be replaced by a new program and supporting platform, which will go live on the 1st of February 2021. The webinar is being held for all currently enrolled AIHS mentors and mentees to take you through the following key topics:
Mentoring Committee activities
AIHS member survey insights and key messages
Mentoring program purpose, principles, and parameters
Participant support resources, tools, and guidance
Program changes and what impact the changes will have on you as a mentor or mentee
Options for continuing under the current mentoring arrangements or migrating to the new mentoring platform.
Q & A
We strongly encourage you to attend the webinar so you are clear on the changes and their impacts on you as a current AIHS mentor and/or mentee.
The AIHS Mentoring Committee looks forward to your participation in the webinar and to providing existing AIHS mentors and mentees with insights and information regarding your continuing participation in the new mentoring program.
