Webinar

The Australian Institute of Health & Safety invites you to join our upcoming webinar being held on Tuesday 26th September Titled: Leadership, Culture and Contractor Performance: Reduce Risk and Maximise Opportunities with Your Contractors.

Nathan Farr and Sam Robinson from leadership and culture consultancy LKS Quaero will guide you on how to establish the right environment for contractor performance. They will use a case study approach to demonstrate how organisational culture is reflected in how contractors are engaged, monitored and managed, leading to excellent results...or poor ones. Using a storytelling approach they'll describe the culture, leadership skills and knowledge required by any team that manages contractors. They'll discuss success stories, mis-hits and near misses. The lessons they'll share have wide application for leaders across many industries from the service sector to heavy industry and manufacturing.

Learning outcomes:

  • Understand how to establish the right environment for contractor performance
  • Identify the culture, leadership skills and knowledge required by teams managing contractors
  • Hear relevant industry case studies discussing mis-hits, near misses and success stories
