Sharon is a Senior Consulting Psychologist with FIFO Focus, a psychology business focused on empowering individuals to become mentally resilient, and support organisations to handle the complexities of psychological health among remote workers. With a Masters in organisational psychology and over two decades of industry experience, Sharon has worked in leadership roles in head office and operational/processing environments, including working both remote residential and FIFO. Throughout her career, Sharon has assisted organisations to improve organisational performance and become employers of choice by making workplaces safer, more engaging, and more enjoyable. Sharon will touch on psychosocial hazards and prevention strategies to improve mental health and wellbeing in the workplace.
