The Australian Institute of Health & Safety would like to invite you to join us on Friday 24th June 2022 for the Remuneration Survey 2021/2022 Launch conducted by Safesearch.

A presentation looking at recent remuneration data across Safety, Health & Wellbeing, Workers Compensation, Risk and Environmental Services. You will hear from leading Recruitment Firm Safesearch who will share a detailed insight into salary and benefit trends currently being seen across all industry sectors and locations.  The presentation will also look at wider market trends relating to job roles, candidate availability and some of the key skills and technology offerings being sought after in this space.  The webinar will also feature an interview with Karen Barrow (HSEQ Manager for the ManpowerGroup), who will provide an overview on the current safety landscape and the benefits gained through use of the Remuneration Guide.

Presenting data collected in the second half of 2021, Safesearch consultants will share detailed information about salary and benefits across all industry sectors and locations. In an environment where competition for high quality talent is as strong as ever, whether you are a WHS Manager (and need to recruit for your team), a WHS professional, or other interested party such as HR, this presentation will provide many tools that will help you succeed in the current market. Safesearch has created and delivered a Remuneration Survey across the last 15 years in Health and Safety, adding value to the broader community in this space.

In addition to the Safety Specific information, you will also receive a general market update from the Director of Australia for ManpowerGroup to give an indication of confidence for the year ahead.
