The Australian Institute of Health & Safety would like to invite you to join us on Wednesday 24 February 2021 for the Remuneration Survey 2020/2021 Launch conducted by Safesearch.

Presenting data collected in the second half of 2020, Safesearch consultants will share detailed information about salary and benefits across all industry sectors and locations. You will also recieve insight on how Covid-19 has impacted on roles both short term and longer term – and some of the key challenges for the journey ahead.

In an environment where competition for high quality talent is as strong as ever, whether you are a WHS Manager (and need to recruit for your team), a WHS professional, or other interested party such as HR, this presentation will provide many tools that will assist working across the current market. Safesearch has created and delivered a Remuneration Survey over the last 14 years in Health and Safety, adding value to the broader community in this space. In addition, you will receive a general market update from the General Manager of Manpower Recruitment to give an indication of confidence for the year ahead.

KEY LEARNING OUTCOMES

  • Compare salary levels for you and your team to your sector, location and the broader Australia market.  Including trends across the last 15 years
  • Understand how Covid-19 has impacted remuneration for Health and Safety roles across Australia and New Zealand
  • Special Covid-19 section to hear how the current health crisis has impacted the sector – and potential impacts for Health and Safety professionals
