The Australian Institute of Health & Safety invites you to join us for the 2021 South Australian Safety Symposium and Annual Branch Dinner which will be held on Friday 22, October from 5.15 pm to 9.00 pm.

The Conference Dinner is an excellent way to strengthen your links with colleagues, peers, and industry professionals while discussing the topical issues facing South Australia.

The speaker for this evening will be Olympian Megan Rivers. Megan will be doing a presentation on " Applying learnings from high performing sporting teams into safety management"

*For the pre-dinner drinks all guests will assemble at the Zoo main entrance on Plane tree Drive and will be escorted to their event space and once the pre-dinner drinks have concluded you will be escorted back to Sanctuary.*

Megan Rivers, Olympian 

Megan is a people-focused safety leader who drives success through effective engagement, collaboration, and empowerment. This people-focused approach is well supported by her strengths and expertise in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of SHEQ management systems, and risk and opportunity frameworks.
As a dual Olympic hockey player, she has developed a singular commitment to excellence and the ability to work well under extreme pressure. Her experiences as an elite athlete have also helped her to develop highly effective communication skills, leadership qualities, and as one would expect, the ability to work well in a team environment. 
Megan will be our Guest Speaker at the SA Symposium Dinner, join us to hear her talk about “Applying learnings from high performing sporting teams into safety management”.
