Networking Event

The Australian Institute of Health & Safety invites you to join us for the 2019 South Australian Safety Symposium Dinner which will be held on Thursday 17 October from 5.15pm to 9.00pm.

The Conference Dinner is an excellent way to strengthen your links with colleagues, peers and industry professionals while discussing the topical issues facing South Australia.

We also have the only two AIHS honorary fellowships awarded in Australia which will be presented, as well as a university student award.

Hon. David Pisoni, Minister for Innovation and Skills, Government of South Australia

David Pisoni was born and educated in South Australia. He is married and has two children.

Elected to the South Australian Parliament as the Member for Unley in 2006, David has been a passionate advocate for many organisations, charities and businesses in the local community for more than a decade.

He was appointed as the Minister for Innovation and Skills in the Marshall Liberal Government in South Australia in March 2018. Prior to that David was Shadow Minister for Planning, Transport and Infrastructure and Shadow Minister for Education.

Prior to entering politics David was Managing Director of his own manufacturing and retail company, operating in Adelaide and Sydney.
