The Safety Institute of Australia's WA Branch, invites you to attend a webinar at 6.00 pm (AWST) on Tuesday 24 July 2018.
WA’s OSH laws are currently being reformed and the new laws will impact upon everyone in the State. But with terms such as ‘harmonisation’, ‘model bill’, ‘reasonably practicable’ and ‘due diligence’, it’s easy to become lost amongst the jargon or feel like important information is going over your head.
The aim of this interactive webinar is to get back to basics and help you to understand law in simple, easy-to-understand language, so you can better understand OSH / WHS laws and the changes that are currently occurring in WA and Australia.
It will be aimed at workers, supervisors and business owners, and anyone else who has an interest in OSH / WHS laws. The seminar will run for approximately one hour with an additional 30 minutes for questions.
