Conference

In a challenging year, maintaining and supporting the mental health and wellbeing of workers has never been more important. Across all sectors, change and uncertainty have heightened anxiety and stress for workers, and has created new challenges in the way we approach workplace mental health. To tackle these challenges, we need to think differently about how to support the psychological safety of workers both in the traditional workplace and when working from home.

In partnership, The Australian Institute of Health & Safety with The Hatchery are proud to bring you the Strengthening Approaches to Workplace Mental Health conference. This conference will unpack existing and emerging factors impacting workplace mental health and will present best practice approaches and practical examples for preventing and managing psychosocial risk and injury.
