Join us on Tuesday 31st March for the complimentary workshop: How to transform your safety culture and leadership.

Here at Data Drives Insight, we continue to engage industry in how leadership capability and specifically, a leader’s relationship to safety, is crucial in empowering and supporting their workforce to adapt to challenging situations, like what we currently face.

One of our Industry initiatives is the Next Generation Leadership Diagnostic Breakfast Forum scheduled for the 31st March that we have amended to an Interactive Webinar. This event in partnership with Barclays Safety Solutions is an opportunity for us to share the amazing insights leaders and organisations can gain through the ISA360 (Integral Safety Assessment).

And because it's online – more can be a part of it!

This is your official invitation for yourself and up to 5 colleagues or clients to come along to explore the area of next-generation leadership diagnostics – the ISA360.

The aim of this workshop is to share how to improve a leaders ability to:

  • demonstrate commitment to safety and effectively engage others.
  • listen effectively in a way that seeks a greater understanding of all perspectives.
  • produce desired or intended results through genuinely caring about people.

We will demonstrate how using this empirically tested safety leadership diagnostic tool enabled improvement to safety culture, performance AND increased productivity (we’ll share a case study from a program that ran over 4 years and achieved extraordinary results).
