The global health crisis that the business community currently faces, is creating unprecedented organisational and personal uncertainty.  This, in turn, is having a significant impact on the wellbeing of the workforce within many organisations, now and into the future. People are seeing uncertainty, social disconnectedness and panic, making all the more the need to draw on practical wellbeing strategies, skills, tools and resources to navigate these difficult times.

In line with our principle of “People are the solution to harness”, we are conducting an interactive expert forum, where we will bring together expertise and learnings from wellbeing leaders here and overseas.

The panel will consist of:

  • Graeme Cowan - Helped created RUOK and Board Member and co-creator of WeCARE365 and FactorC

  • Suzanne Hall MNZM - CEO Be Intent. Using virtual tools to create and sustain wellbeing

  • Nicki Crauyford - Global experience for safety and wellbeing of large remote work organisations

  • Alena Titterton - Partner at Clyde & Co. OHS legal specialist with direct interest in wellbeing and leadership at work

  • Dr Sue Ieraci - Emergency Physician - 30 Years experience in Emergency Medicine

  • Marc McLaren - 30 years experience in organisational performance, wellbeing and risk

The panel draws on a unique combination of high-level skills and experience that includes:

  • Organisational psychology, wellbeing and psychological safety

  • The medical considerations for wellbeing

  • Engagement in a remote working virtual world

Art of Work in partnership with AIHS will host the online forum, share insights, and seek to engage with the experiences and learnings of participating organisations.
