The Australian Institute of Health & Safety and the Women in Safety & Health New South Wales committee, invite you to join them for their Bust your busyness event on Wednesday 8 June 2022. 

The world we live and work in today is constantly ON, with immediate access to emails, information, 24-hour online shopping and TV streaming services to name but a few. Technology has no off switch, so it relies on our discipline and the example we set for others.

The sheer level of busy in our personal and work life sometimes makes people feel tired just by listening to what we do in a day, week, or month.  The pandemic assisted some to break the cycle and recalibrate however for many the hamster wheel we were on just got bigger and faster.

Your Speaker 

Jenny Steadman, Senior Consultant & Facilitator, Potential Project

Mentor to global corporations in the transformational power of mindfulness for boosting business performance and enhancing workplace wellbeing, Jenny Steadman teaches life changing keys to thriving in the midst of busy-ness. 
An extensively qualified professional Mindfulness Practitioner, Jenny is one of only four, fully certified Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction teachers in NSW, a certified practitioner of Trauma Sensitive Mindfulness, an accredited International Corporate Mindfulness Facilitator and Coach with Potential Project, and a member of the International Mindfulness Teachers Association. 
She holds an MBA with post graduate qualifications in Project Management and Human Resources. 
Jenny facilitates Potential Project programs for C-suite leadership teams to all levels throughout the organisation, from small groups to large cohorts, and across a range of industries. She's known for her engaging, thoughtful, and inspiring approach. 
The easy to embrace techniques Jenny teaches are firmly grounded in neuroscience and continuous research into the relevance of these skills for business professionals. They have been embraced by companies such as Cisco, Lego, Accenture, Deloitte, PepsiCo and more.
