Jacinta Studdert – Partner at Clyde & Co 

Jacinta’s practice covers environmental assessment, approvals and licences for a wide range of development and infrastructure projects.  This includes advising on environment and planning issues concerning the use and development of land such as cultural and built heritage, native vegetation, threatened species, bushfire, water, waste, contaminated land, ESG and climate change. Jacinta's practice also covers environmental compliance, responses to environmental incidents and clean up notices and EPA/regulator investigations. Jacinta regularly advises clients on operational and environmental risk management, including requirements for licences, management of contaminated land, waste, climate change and due diligence. Jacinta's skills in identifying and managing risk, implementing policies and training programs and establishing compliance frameworks combine to give clients a comprehensive, proactive and practical position on all environment and planning matters. She is considered a trusted advisor by clients.

Indy Chakrabarti – Chief Strategy & Marketing Officer, Avetta

In his role as Chief Strategy & Marketing Officer for Avetta, Indy Chakrabarti is responsible for empowering customers, and suppliers as well as shaping long-term, growth strategies. Chakrabarti has more than 23 years of experience in product strategy, corporate marketing, product management and M&A. Previously, he was the Senior Vice President of Strategy & Marketing for exploration and software at Emerson Automation Solutions.Since beginning his career in 1998, he has worked for multiple leading software and oil & gas companies. Most notably, Chakrabarti joined Paradigm in 2013 as Senior VP of Product Management and Marketing. Prior to that, he held positions as Chief Marketing Officer at MicroSeismic Inc. and at Seismic Micro-Technology (SMT). Chakrabarti earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Rice University in Houston, Texas and a Master’s in Engineering Logistics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
