Clyde & Co Partners, Michael Tooma, Kiri Jervis and Alec Christie along with Regional VP APAC at Avetta, Tony-Webster Smith will outline the lessons learnt working with clients on their mandatory vaccination programmes providing insights on how to navigate the legal minefields of safety, employment, discrimination and privacy laws. Adam has devoted most of his career to developing markets in the industrial software space throughout Australia, the UK, US, Middle East, and Europe. Since joining Pegasus in 2007, Adam has transitioned the company to a world leading workforce management platform, planning and overseeing investment from Accel-KKR in 2020, and acquisition by Avetta in 2021.

Michael Tooma

Michael Tooma is Australia’s leading work health and safety lawyer. His practice covers a broad range of regulatory, compliance and investigations matters. He advises multi-national clients on all aspects of health, safety, product safety and security compliance issues on a global basis, including assisting in the development and implementation of global compliance systems. Kiri Jervis is a Partner, based in our Sydney office who specialises in employment and workplace relations, regulatory enforcement proceedings and large scale commercial dispute resolution.
