SPEAKER
Michelle Anderson, Work Health and Safety Manager for the East Metropolitan Health Service

Michelle is currently the Work Health and Safety Manager for the East Metropolitan Health Service.  With a Masters in Occupational Environmental Health and Safety from ECU and over 20 years’ experience in the healthcare and social service industry sector, the last 10 in managing OSH, Michelle is well placed to discuss the real life challenges and successes of a risk based approach to psychosocial hazards in the workplace.

Michelle, holds membership with the national organisation for Safety and Health professionals in Australia the SIA as well as membership with the specialist Health and Safety organisation the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society of Australia (HFESA).
